The Bay 21 Open Water Rowing Shell has been developed by Paul R. Harvey,
longtime open-water racer and president of Bay Shells, Inc. along with Bill Tytus, the owner
of George Pocock Racing Shells, and noted flat-water sculling coach. The
Bay 21 Rowing Shell combines the light weight and quick response of a racing shell
with the sturdy seaworthiness of an open-water racing craft. |
